If you what to learn a little about US laws on encryption just try to DL one of these products. Eventually it asks you where you live and if it's Iraq specifically.

Online security issues for the average user can be handled in software

Intel should have inrtoduced this technology into it's server/workstation class CPU's such as Xeons and forgot about it for the general consumer market.

We both said that this level of security is only needed for large transactions.
