Hello Mohan The talk of merging Nelco and Tata Infotech(formerly Tata Unisys or Tata Burroughs) was on the cards for years. But it did not happen. Tata Elxsi and Nelco are more of a hardware company than software. Maybe the merger of three will make them a company which can give total IT solutions. I would rather merge all Tata companies in IT sector like Tata Consultancy Services, Tata IBM, Tata Infotech, Nelco and Tata Elxsi into one dominant force. Just my thoughts. Regards Ravi
