Napier AGM: I know you guys out there that won't use the phone will appreciate this, right? 2/3 of the meeting consisted of Brad going through all the resolutions that we ALL voted on. Everything was approved as the directors advised. The floor was then open to questions. Small crowd on hand. I didn't go through all the questions with Jason, but one of the main questions was something like " what's in store for Napier for the next 3,6,12 months". With so many deals in the works it is hard to comment on where the revenue might be, but Brad did say that if they get no new contracts for the remainder of this year, and sales consisted of only current contracts, he would be disappointed if sales were less than 1 million per month by December, 1999. For this reason I believe that 2x to 3x current share price will be reached by the end of this year. Sales now are booming. January sales figures will be released in early Feb. For the company to do this now means that they are significant sales numbers. What we all have been waiting for. Aquasol now has a hearing date, unconfirmed on Mar 1. At that point the lawsuit could be quashed. This would prompt Napier and Aquasol to quickly get back to negotiations. ** It is becoming apparent to myself that many people misunderstood the last news release. Napier has developed a NEW product for cleaning painting equipment. It is unrelated to Aquasol. Re-read the NR. There is a very HUGE market potential for this product alone. Every company that makes a new product and paints that product can use this cleaner as their painting equipment has to be cleaned every day. Industrial painters also need to clean out their equipment. Auto manufacturers, furniture makers, heavy equipment makers etc. Look around you. There is paint on just about everything. **** With Jan. sales figures released in Feb., and the possibility of new negotiations with Aquasol in March. Shareprice should finally start to take off.
