YOU truly are IGNORANT. Yes they sold $13 mill. in shares to cover losses till SEPT. 98. Yes they announced they sold (no confirmation on that so far) another $10 mill. in shares to cover losses last qt. ending DEC.98(assuming their burn rate and projected revenue). BUT don't you understand CASH FLOW CONCEPTS> LIKE the guy, maybe you who deposits his pay check in the bank Friday , he has cash in the bank but that doesn't mean he has not already spent it . He bought on credit. Lots of business use up to 120 days to pay their bills but have cash -current assets in bank.CASH FLOW get IT !!! apparently not !!
