CEO and J.J. Allaire, Founder, Chairman Live on CNBC*... did a superior job of explaining their business...and why their is no ceiling to maximizing shareholder value despite competition from Microsoft and Netscape...J. J. Allaire never relayed same caveat's Gurney, Rabins' et al consistently issued to their shareholders as to why SoftQuad/HoTMetaL could simply not compete and why there were consistent patterns of (NASDAQ:SWEBF)(TSE:SKI) shareholder value destruction right out of the 2/96 IPO gate....J. J. Allaire is in his 20's and shipped his first product in 1995...today's IPO is simply how it is done Mr. Gurney, Messrs.
