Since you mention the level of T's ownership...

I was wondering if anyone has the exact numbers on the share of voting stock. I seem to remember seeing TCI @ 72% of the votes (with 40% or so), and this being then diluted by the Excite deal to something very close to 50% - but still just over I thought.

If it were below 50%, and if the mooted WorldNet deal gave T control, this would seem like it's a significant change.
