In this industry, a company's revenue recognition practices can be screwy (ala Informix and Howard Graham). Based on my experience with Sebl, I am comfortable with how they recognize revenue. At one point, I was even contacted by sebl's audit firm to verify a series of transactions. I also believe that they are properly deferring development license revenue from their bigger customers. Other than being concerned about revenue recognition practices, what other accounting practices should we worry about?
