Island, assuming Piercy has done 1/2 of what he is accused of, I agree with your post 100%.

I beleive TSIG is investigating all these allegations and I suspect they will make it right with the old CCI distributors in some way, even though they are not legally bound to do so. Perhaps by offering them a higher percent of profits over time until an agreed upon sum is reached.

As long as Piercy is tied to TSIG, they have some responsibility in the matter, IMO.

In order to acquire a company with a good idea you may have to meet the demands of the previous owner in order to acquire the company. You ease them out at a later date. This is common business practice. TSIG has attracted some of the best names in the industry to develop CCI and its Web site. The success of CCI under new management will raise the necessary funds to solve past problems. Give them time to be successful and the past problems will get solved. TSIG has made giants steps forward with both TSIG and CCI. Like you said, its a great idea if its run professionally and so far it seems to be.
