Quayle's at least as capable as Clinton and a much better choice I'd say. However as to your question, I think there are better choices. I for one greatly admire Jack Kemp. I also like Steve Forbes' message. I feel he is very intelligent and capable BUT I feel he is unelectable. I don't know enough about GW Bush, Jr. to make a call yet. Same goes for Mrs. Dole. I don' care for Lamar Alexander or John McCain. As for your "starstruck" comment, many NHites meet the candidates up close and personal. Retail politics lives in NH. We are not the type to be easily impressed by someone's position. Yankees tend to be a skeptical bunch. JLA
