To All I spoke with Mitch this morning at about 9:30 MST. I asked why such a sell-off of the stock today and he told me there was "in fighting" going on. He also said that this was a day of reckoning for the company as he has a very large deal lined up. He was supposed to meet later this morning and depending on what happens, a large investment could be made in WAMC today. If this happens, he plans to have a press release before the close of market today. He also said he has received many calls from concerned investors like us and has told them the same thing as I have just posted. He said that he has a large investment in the company personally and he plans to buy some more shares since the price is so depressed. This is NOT to encourage anyone to buy more shares, I am simply passing on the information that I was given. One last thing, this is my third conversation I have had with Mitch, and I don't believe he is trying to hype the company JMHO. I hope we are all smiling by this time next week. Matt
