Kerry, you mentioned some very interesting scenarios. If I had written that, somebody might have accused me of trying to talk the stock down... as if I have any influence on anybody on this thread.

I hope the stock doesn't fall, but knowing Norris's history, I will not buy anymore until he makes the price fall. If the price does not fall, I benefit just like you do.

I will continue to express my opinion, positive or negative, whether or not you or anybody else likes it.

I can't help the fact that the news that I find is not positive.

Also, I think everybody knows the difference between MP3 and the Mplayer3.

I have been to the Lucent web page and read all that I care to on PAC.
As I mentioned before, EDIG's "technology" is not PAC dependent. EDIG does not need Lucent's permission to use its "embedded technology" on a player that does not utilize PAC.

Yes, the Lanier and Intel deals are good deals to have to fall back on, but did the yes voters vote yes because they thought Lanier and Intel would be the only deals in the pot?

I'm sure Lucent would not have any problem finding a big name electronics firm to market a player that utilizes PAC.

I also believe that the courts will not consider the other players illegal. Once people buy then, they will use them until they brake or there is no new music on the internet that can be downloaded without some type of security.

I believe the music industry will be forced to go to ROS to reduce piracy.

In the meantime, if Lucent, EDIG, and Celestial can come up with a product, that would be good news to this shareholder... just not as good as it would have been if they had not let three other players get to the market before them.
