Good risk return short: IBUY (not kidding) offer adjusted down to 18.25 from 19 based upon more shares outstanding. Stock at 17.75. So risk against you is 50 cents. Return, it would seem to me to be reasonably high possibilty that as CPQ does their D & D that they will see more liabilities than just the shareholder lawsuits. Stock would drop to 10 or 12. Just going on record.
