XCIT vs ATHM

These two are tied together at 1.04 shares of ATHM for every share of XCIT. I know in the recent past there have been other companies tied together (ie MALL/UBID, TSQD/DRIV), but XCIT and ATHM are such good companies on their own that I dont understand the current inequity in stock price between the two. Presumably, MALL didnt follow UBID because alot of people didnt think that UBID could maintain their heights. I dont think people are as skeptical about ATHM, and XCIT had reached tremendous valuations before ATHM ever entered the picture.
I am playing XCIT here. As a cheap way to own ATHM. Right now ATHM is trading at 104 and XCIT at 91. THe correct value for XCIT based on the 1.04 ratio would be 100. XCIT is currently trading 9-10 pt below that.
