I'm glad you pointed that out Prog,

I was about to post a similar thought. We also have to keep in mind that tradition valuation models rarely take into account growing market share, R+D, company performance in the face of difficult economics, etc....

Many of the traditional arguments made against SUNW have been proven to be irrational or based on faulty theories. All the nay-sayers who pounded the table against SUNW have been proven wrong time and again.

Now SUNW's valuation is being questioned. GM's P/E is near 22 and we all know that they aren't growing that fast. IBM's P/E is over 30 and we all know that they aren't growing that fast. I could go on and on and on........
