I think the activity the last couple of days on TBR may be dividend related. TRO not necessarily a tip, just the cheapest baby. I think it'll get back to at least 4 at some point...but that's just my target whether it takes a month, a year or two years. My favorites are TNE, TSP and UBB, with secondary favorites being TCS, EMT and TCP.
