lotsa of blocks on TOY,taking it home here,somethings up,stockrumors reported possible buyout,tons o blocks today on buy side,,think news of some sort is coming,could be buyout or net announce i dont know,,any input mucho thanks

Here is a Margin 101 type question. Answer when you have time, no hurry. When you short, how much Margin Buying Power are you required to have in your account, as a percent of the purchase, if any?
