Madera called me to inform me that the Figures Larry FAX to Madera were correct and matched there new corrected copy of the 10qsb. I guess we can expect a change to be posted soon. Rays brother is running the Brazil operation. Now I know where everyone is working at today. We spoke for several minutes, and hashed out a lot of my thoughts. On the head on some , not to far off on others. I told Madera how they could get into the franchise market, with the new web site products if the product line was expanded another 100%. This was a shot over the forest. This got his attention.. I told him I could get Madera in contact with a expert in that field. From a few words about the land sale I Know already, Madera only cut timber from a very small portion of land. But it appears to me, the balance of the land could be sold without hurting the over all total of land owned before the sale. Grant management so to speak. In the past, madera had to control (own)700,000 + acres to get rights to cut from 100,000+ acres so to say. Every few years they could change location of the 100,000 acres. I asked if they were under pressure to change how they must harvest timber. Ans. Its ongoing. I told them I knew about the reservations, and what they mean to the Brazil Gov. (short ans - Oh you do..) ans: Madera has access to these reservations... _- IMHO, Could it be in the cards, Madera sell the land and the land fall under the Brazil land reservation control if Madera sell the land to a non profit org. There is something going on here in this area. When asking about the selling of the land? ans I expect something to happen here.... Soon? ,,,ans. got a blank. Madera wanted to know how I knew so much about there operation, they know now, + I told them My dad knew his family when the CEO worked for the Georgia Pacific.
