jeffy boy, my advice to you is to get a lawyer... get a good lawyer jeffy boy, that is my advice. Um, Spidey, hasn't Jeff explained more than once that he HAS a lawyer on normal retainer, and that the two of 'em have already had a chuckle over the prospect of a lawsuit from Mikey? What part of this don't you understand? the stock is cancelled. Again. Please explain how Mikey can cancel stock not in his possession. how will dtc , after failing to negotiate a "compromise", & not living up to there past three agreements, defend not lifting the freeze? What "agreements"? Perhaps they talked. Probably did. Mikey made demands, the DTC said No. In what sense does this constitute an "agreement"? You've said it yourself: you are very stupid guy.
