Hi all,

Without much facts, it's hard to say what is going on at this moment. But if history is something that we can use, I think this is a buying opportunity. I don't think this will be a bad earnings quarter in spite of a stock split. The only thing that I can think of is Microsoft, maybe Microsoft is buying Integrated System, QNX, or Microware. In that case, it's a fundamental change in the RTOS playing field.

Walter - Just got some more at 31 5/8, and now it's dropped another 1/4. What is going on here? At this rate, we could see the upper 20's before the split.

Actually, I'm still not convinced that this isn't related to the split. The RECORD DATE means that holders of the stock on that date will be eligible for the split. I don't think I will be. I didn't own the stock on Jan. 19 at all. Therefore, if I'm not going to get the split, it would stand to reason that the stock has dropped to adjust for that.
