They absolutely DO NOT know what they are talking about Cam. There are many new people that have been added to Greenline to help because of the overwhelming amount of calls they have been receiving. I have a couple of friends who were only trained for the past week before starting yesterday.

The absolute fact is that once you have received confirmation that your order has been filled, you are free to trade the stock. It will not show up in the PORTFOLIO function under ACCOUNT INQUIRY, but simply input an equity order and sell it as you wish. When the order is reviewed by a trader, they check that you have the shares before they execute an order.

I have done this so many times, as I'm sure many others do. I mostly trade Canadian Exchanges myself, but the same would apply for US stocks upon confirmation of a fill.

Funny thing about this world we live in is that people often talk like they know what they are talking about, when they don't. I don't even bother talking to regular customer service people anymore, and often ask for a trader or a supervisor if I have a specific question. Just called Greenline today and got an answer of "I am not able to do that" when I know they can.

Feel free to ask any other questions, if you have any. Hope you made some good money on that stock.

Regards, Wisam
