Sparky, the company will retire $55 million in debt and expand operations with this money. I definitely don't agree that this is terrible.

And even if you don't like it, these shares represent dilution of less than 10%. MXTR just blew away its latest estimates. I'm not concerned about MXTR continuing to produce solid numbers, even with an expanded number of shares.

And all the interest they save on debt payments goes straight to the bottom line. An extra $5 million in the last twelve months would have raised earnings 20%.

I think MXTR will survive. This sector is back in play with MXTR along for the ride.
