The shorts are probably MM's who are trying to make a market, not that they necessarily want to but it's how they get trading-house business. Anyway, today saw the usual profit-taking, and while there was no sudden panic selling, I kind of took my own advice and bought another 3K, this time in my IRA, after selling some shares of a nonperformer. The trading seemed to steady at 5 3/8 bid, so I got my shares at 5 7/16, which seems like a bargain considering how well this stock has been trading the past week. I'm up to my eyeballs in it, along with another cheapie with compelling fundamentals: ATMS, which has had loads of good news the past couple of months and is just beginning to get appreciated for it.

Re margin, I've got a lot of my regular-account shares on margin, but I use various bonds as collateral.

Mike:

Brokerage houses can set different Margin requirements. Some are liberal and some are conservative. I know the one I am with is quite conservative.

IATV is marginable at one of the brokerages I use- TradeStar to be exact.
I bought some on margin late last week at 5. It'll be off margin if it goes below 4.1/16. Of course the
brokerage can change that anytime they'd like. So far IATV isn't anywhere near as volatile as net stocks- which
is good! Enjoy the weekend everyone.
