Bid and ask is still screwy between IVI/IVC and even for IVC you'd expect the bid to be more or less equivalent to CMIV bid converted to C$. Not so last I looked.

Obviously, both buyers and MM think if they can get away with it why not. Efficient market it ain't and I wonder how many share holders who buy/sell through brokers look at some of the nitty gritty. For that matter, even individual investors.
