The hop count looks bad ... my real question is where the broadband start pages are kept ... the www.home.net server is irrelevant to subscriber service and is clearly not configured to be fast ... it's about the service, it's not the service itself. So ... who's subscribing? I'd like to know the URL of your ATHM start page ... for TCI and Cox service? BTW, very interesting banner ad on www.home.net ... 25% savings on T1 switchout from @Work ... significant indicator to me. @Work could be very big if worked right ... great way to innoculate prospect base ... rather like giving Apples to schools once was.
