HI GARY====WELCOME ABOARD I don't know how NASDAQ handles transactions and I can't fathom how 2000 shares sold can become 4000. there are no Market Makers on AMEX as far as I know, and their equivalent on AMEX are called Specialists.As far as I know, {and I may be wrong} 2000 shares traded is simply 2000 shares traded,whether it's bought or sold. When I answered the question ART asked,and mentioned private sale, I was thinking about the company selling shares directly to the institutions or a private group. When that happens, and I believe that is what's happening,and has been happening for the past few months. This kind of sale does not show up on the bid and asked figures. I sure would like to be invisible for the day the annual meeting takes place.With all that is going on at present,I'm sure the walls will be rumbling Have a nice evening=========TONY===========
