David,

Valid points on your latest posting--I have no problem practicing patience when I know the guidelines --I realize that I should have known bettor then to expect a comment as to when they would be issuing a news update. No malice intended but it appears thatI was told what the company thought I wanted to hear. --Sometimes I can be very naieve!

I also agree with you that there have been examples where we have seen the share price downward to a much lower level before being resurrected with some announced developments.

I imagine that there are also examples where a news update can serve as a double edged sword--a few examples might be--share price moves up in anticipation of news--some share price moves take place immediately after news--sometimes it takes a while for the news todigest if the company doesn't have large following. The factual level or degree of the news can of course ultimately impact the trading dynamics of a stock.

I still am speculating that the major good news is still to be announced! --I'll leave it at that--when the news comes it will be here--I've been here for two years ( like many of us) so a few more months to see what transpires --I am willing to accept!

I have confidence in that NYRR has tremendous potential --Time Will Tell Us The Rest Of The Story.

Dave, thanks for the sobbering thought!

Best Regards,

Wayne J.
