Could be his son? Those small amounts keep showing up. There have been renewals. If I thought the stock was going up substantially, I'd have some registered too.

Perhaps RG's brother wants to buy a car or something, or a little $$ for whatever,,,,like no execs sell and buy their stock for totally mundane reasons.

I think not! If he needs the cash, let him I say. I did it earlier this year, and will do it again, but I'll not let a single certified share go for a year or two (Looks too good on my wall).
