Changes take time and the CD will live a long time after. Remember the other markets we are focusing on too.

Think of how long a new system takes to gain controlling market share and become the item of choice. I saw the 8-track (and it was bad)lose to the CD. It took a long time and the result was obvious from the start.

Think how long it will take to overcome the CD with everyone liking it.

Walt-->Here ya' go again. Friday ritual for ya huh. You must get really bored on fridays. Well I will amuse you.

ROS are you seriuos!! Man I was afraid someone would come on TSIG and warn us of the apocolypse taking shape in the form of ROS. This little thing will revolutinize the industry and wipe out all e-commerce(TSIG first of course) I even heard that it will wipe out the internet and will solve all of our Y2K problems. The ROS has also been linked to curing cancer, building muscle mass and weight loss.

Did you watch "21st Century Home" last night on HGTV. I think they mentioned last night didn't they. Well ROS is in no position to de-throne the CD as the Music storage device of choice. The ROS can also store money on it and just about anything else you want to put on it. The ROS is a long long way from being serious competition for CD's.MHO

freak!!
