Perhaps they should not have announced the TV/COM deal together with earnings. The press release raised more questions than it answered and added to the confusion. It should have specifically discussed in some detail why Cube bought TV/COM and how it fits into the Div-Cube picture. Why did they release it on earnings day???

Investors don't like surprises. We want a portfolio, not a kennel.

Here's a friendly suggestion. Play the other way and buy some CREAF. They have "earnings-missing, estimate-lowering expectations" built into the stock price. <G>

At least you guys had a chance to get out at 30. CREAF has never even gotten back to the 20's since last June. But they may well have their day in the sun soon. The consensus is more than twice what CUBE made.
