Hello All, Thanks James for sharing your thoughts. I guess it was because of we've been waiting for so long, from late Nov. up till now for news release and we just getting tired of waiting. But don't forget that there were holidays in between and the office was closed for several days. Some of us here may get frustrated when we see all around us, anything with dot com have run up but only our potential baby has running down. Frustration has trigger the disappointment and blew it all over just a bad rumor from the Yahoo. I promised no more of that crap. I'll never response to any rumor any more. But if it is necessary, I'll forward it to Glenn and let him deal with it, just like I did yesterday. He has replied and will let the Attorney looks into this. Enough said. But I'm glad to see we can stick together and clear out the foul rumor. Also SI would thanks the Yahoo so much, if every time Yahoo starts with a rumor and SI get new members join just like Steve Duvall did. Welcome Steve. I guess we have received our 15c211 from the office. Why don't we focus on what we have on hand instead of wasting our time on rumor? In the light of 15c211, I've seen we have focused on the increased of the Authorized shares. But we slightly ignore one important key item on that 15c211. If you compare the 2 periods on the statements, one is ending 6/30/98 and the other 10/30/98, you would see something VERY EXCITING. For the period ending 6/30/98, we didn't have any income. At that time, they were getting the company together and the balance sheet simply show us nothing. But then, if you look at the Income statement as of 10/30/98, there is an Income for $12,118.51 and when you look at the Balancesheet as of 10/30/98, there is an Account Receivable for $440,000.00. Add those two number together what do we have? $452,118.51 for the total Revenue in 4 months. This is what Wallstreet looks at. This is what the MM based on. Let assume that $452,118.51 is for Membership Dues only. Then we should have roughly $452,118.51/$360/member = 1,255 Members. 1255 Members signed up in 122 days, including weekend and holidays, they have roughly 10 new member signed up for the services a day. Is it a big deal? For me, it's got to be. And that is for individual members. Wait until those Chambers of Commerce come in with their members, and that won't be any longer, as soon as V.3 completed, I think those new members are going to join, if not even sooner(then we will see who is going to go bankruptcy). If TsioKawe is right, then I agree with him/her that the MM were trying to get some cheap shares. Too bad I couldn't take advantage of the drop yesterday. If Lori thinking is right, then we should be all happy next week. I'll be happy until V.3 comes out... and then I'll be much happier after that. Have a nice weekend. Johnny p.s. Sorry for the pumping, but I guess we all just need it (except for Mr. Patience).
