s3 is being its same oldself. If it makes it past 10 ever again that would be a miracle. I am still waiting like most for s3 to move up in price.

Hi Rob,

I've read enough SEC filings where a split was involved to know that this isn't one. For starters, they aren't asking for enough shares to do the typical 2 for 1. Can you say red herring?
