I was able to buy another 200,000 shares today. IMO I see a fair value of MPTV at .03 to .05 per share before the news is announced, so this makes an exceptional buying time, I have watch PRWT go from .015 to .035 in a few days without any news and they have 600,million shares. I wouldn't be here if I didn't smell a lot of money to be made. As usual, good luck to investors

Daryn,

The problem with riding breakup value is the time it takes to settle up. (if at all) It may be a buy but by not at all solid until we see news. I simply stated what the value SHOULD be based on the number of shares, known debt, and the value of the property. Do the math.

This is not like an internet portal with a midsize network of UNIX servers selling for $250.00 a share with a P/E of 900.
MPTV has tangible assets and a small price. This is premium property.

Good luck, Roddy...

That would be nice but unfortunately not very accurate. As I understand it when a company fails shareholders of common stock sit at the bottom of the barrel. First the banks and other lean holders get paid off, secondly legal expenses are paid, followed by preferred stockholders, and lastly the common stockholders receive any left over scraps. Not to mention that this type of process takes years to complete. I'm still waiting for money from my ill fated SEXI investment.
