I e-mailed the VSE today and received this reply .I was not aware that they had concluded their investigations were you ? perhaps some of you would get in touch with irwin Leim and see what progress he has made IF ANY to getting the company trading again and perhaps some of you could contact the BCSC and see what they are doing about these crooks

Regards

John

Dear Sirs
I would enquire as to what progress if any you have made concerning your investigations in to the above company.
This company fas now been suspended for over 16 months and at this point in time there is no indication of it returning to trade can you inform me if any charges have been layed against the former board of directors ,has any information concerning this case been passed to the regulatory authorities or to the Vancouver police , or is it the hope of the VSE that this will eventually dissappear
Regards
J McKnight

Dear Mr. McKnight:

The VSE issued a notice July 20, 1998 (please see below) stating that the
Exchange has concluded its review and referred the matters to the BCSC as
well as to other regulatory agencies.

The company must meet certain requirements such as obtain sponsorship and
complete a PLAC review, before trading will be reinstated. I do not have
further information as to when the company will meet those requirements as
set out by the Exchange. You may wish to contact the company to find out
what stage they are at with regard to their reorganization.

If you require further information, please let me know.

Yours truly,

Cathy Rublack
Manager, President's Action Line

I had 2,000 registered and got greedy and bought another 10,000 about the day before the halt/cease trade or whatever it was called. There was to be a stockholder meeting in June 98 I believe. I received my proxy package about a week after the scheduled meeting. The directors wanted to do a 5-1 reverse split. They were also going to change the name of the company to Cartier something or other, and I believe there was to be a vote for the principals of the company to have the opportunity to purchase about 375,000 shares of the stock at .01 per share. This is off the top of my head, Im sure the reverse split numbers are right, but am unsure about the actual date of the meeting. There was some talk of this meeting somewhere in this thread around post 7000 or so. If you need more, check there......
