sure, this is the "smartest" thing TJ has done, since he acquired ICD a couple of years ago. ICD for all practical matters produced exactly the same product as ICW: FTGs (Frequency Timing Generators) for PCs. Those gadgets generate all necessary clocks needed on the motherboard. Imagine: This is already the 2nd time TJ pulls off this very same "smart" acquisition! Now what happened to the Cypress ICD division?? Leaders in this business are ICS and IMI and with TJ's assistance those guys gulped up the previous ICD market share...
