You can ignore it all you want But change is coming toward the FDA like a freight train. But don't take my word for it just enter FDA REFORM on any search engine. You will be amazed at what bills you will find before Congress. All of your arguments surround vaccine safety concerns while I am arguing efficacy changes. Quick example. Say for the sake of argument you have a product that is safe but only cures Meningo. 1 out of 10 patients or maybe even 1 out of 20 and the FDA turns you down flat on efficacy. Your own child gets Meningo. and is dying fast even with the best conventional therapies in place. Now, my argument is that it is your right and freedom of choice between yourself and your private physician to use your safe Meningo. product on your child in hopes that he or she will be the 1 out of 20. These are the types of situations that come up literally millions of times a day worldwide. Once again don't circumvent or twist the argument to safety concerns or manufacturing standards, those are a given by me. Yes FDA for safety BUT REFORM is needed and is coming shortly in the efficacy department. AND ONCE MORE MILLIONS OF PATIENTS ARE TREATED DAILY EVEN SOME IN ICU BY OFF LABEL MEANS! You know that and you also know that the FDA is not involved with efficacy in off label usage. I have tried to move on once before on these issues and I am confident changes are not too far away in becoming law. Once again just go FDA REFORM on any search engine.
