David,
This is exactly what I have been trying to figure out. If management wanted to use the warrants as a mechanism to pump money into the company (as well as add to their positions) they didn't need to wait until the share price was at the warrant price to do so. From a PR perspective, it would have been better if they purchased them above the current share price as this would send a message of confidence to the market. There were a lot of people participating today unless we have a few people buying in small lots. (I guess some brokers wouldn't charge extra for this.) If there were a lot of people involved, what precipitated the buying? I will be anxious to see if this is a one day wonder or if it continues next week.

Best of Luck,

Ross

David, PFG has finally gone above my break-even - after 20 months. I was having doubts a few months back that I'd ever be back in the black and it took a lot of averaging-down. But here we are. Feels good. I am also wondering what the upside potential is for PFG, and dreaming how high PFG's price may go if there is in fact an "elephant" lurking on the new Peru property!

Hi David, while digging through the archives I noticed this post and just thought it was worth noting. Note the date on the News Release.

Fun to dig through the earlier posts and see the progression of things and the battles with various posters, and the laughs we've all shared, as well as the chagrin we have all felt. Here's to happier times to come for all of us.

Cheers

Shirley
