Yeah, I think that was about the only part of his dog and pony show that "knocked my socks off"......Absolutely to accept that it has been the ever increasing expanions of the Medicare program that put it at risk to start with.

Les? If the surplus was used to "pay back those bonds", what would that mean? The trust fund would then be holding cash instead of long term bonds? What are you arguing?
