provision was made for a motion to dismiss that could come as early as the beginning as next week. I plan to make this motion (Byrd) I wonder if the Radicals will a support a motion to dismiss rather than push for a vote on the articles, which would surely not pass. That way they could deny Clinton the aquittal. I don't care, I just want it to end. I hope the Congress passes a resolution to tell Ken Starr to pack his bags and get back to the tobacco business (My RN stock has not been a stellar performer lately). TP
