money man ! good spin <g> i just dont see what anyone thinks
is a problem...what has changed ?? someone tell me, EXACTLY, what
has changed since yesterday....FACTS only, not opinions, which are
like....well, you know, everyone has one
the tax loss on this company equates to 8cents on the low end and
12 cents on the high end, as previously estimated by others...to
let that die would be an insult to the tax paying public <g>

now, if someone could save 8 to 12 million in taxes, what would
they pay to have it ? 50% ??? 75% ??? as shareholders, we could
receive the stock in the purchasing company, and have that
value, whatever that is...arnie, you are welcome to correct the
math or the tax logic (only), as i am thinking out loud...i have
no information to verify this

BA, when people buy, prices go up. You know, the old supply & demand thingie. When people sell, prices go down.

As to the 30 day waiting period on losses, it depends when one sold.
