<<ARE YOU RETHINKING THE MARRAIGE THING NOW,JUST BECAUSE OF MENSTUAL PADS?ROTFLMAO>>

What! I only thought women with certain illnesses needed those. I definitely need to do some more thinking about the wedding now. Well, I think it will be okay as long as the lunapads stay away from my clothes in the washer/dryer.

I think fear of menstruation runs in my family. Once when I was a kid, my Mom was down with the flu. She started to put her coat & shoes on to go to the grocery store. My Dad saw this and offered to go to the store for her. My Mom insisted on going herself but my Dad kept arguing that she should stay home and rest. Finally, my Mom said, "fine, you can go- I need a box of maxi-pads". My Dad freaked out, ran down the hallway into the bathroom and we didn't see him for an hour!

How about a new thread called "Coping with menstruation for males only". How do you feel when you are looking for some change in your significant other's purse and have to sift through all sorts of pads/tampons? Have you ever bought them yourself? Are you embarrassed when you take them out of the shopping cart in the check-out line? These are all very important issues.

Like the saying goes, I don't trust anything that bleeds for a week straight and doesn't die.
