Maybe, just maybe, these people against these new vaccines remember too vividly the swine flu vaccine debacle. Is that too far ago for your liking? Well how about the first Hepatitis B vaccines? Never under estimate the common sense and knowledge of the American people. We need a much stronger FDA on SAFETY. Let us all encourage our Congress people to get curbs on FDA efficacy concerns and much more attention to SAFETY. They have done a horrible job in past on safety, recent examples DURACT, REDUX, PONDIMON and would you take REZULIN? Shouldn't the FDA have warned people taking Viagra about mixing it with other meds from the start? Wasn't the FDA smart enough to know alot of older men taking Viagra would also be on nitrates? Where was the FDA on safety there? I won't even go into the US blood supply debacles. Maybe the FDA spent too much time on whimsical efficacy models and not enough on safety issues? Funny how whimsical the FDA can get on efficacy when they have an activist group on them but sad to say no activist group on them about kids with Meningo. All of this is off the top of my head and I can go on and on but hope this enough because I am ready to move on, are you?
