Texas in January Fishing report:

Lake: Texoma at 8:00am (Man-made reservoir on border with Oklahoma)
Temp: Cool, low 40's early, warming by noon
Skies: Sunny
Winds: Moderate 10-15 but still chilly
Bait: Live Shad in the tank by 8:30
Fish: Striped Bass, 24 (14-21 inches, 1 to 4+ lbs)
White Bass , 10

Off the lake: 12:00 noon
Lunch: Tex-Mex Huevos Rancheros and Bloody Marys.

Nice day until the Cooler(empty) blew out the back of the boat on the
trip home ;0(

Has anyone heard about catching big (20 to 60 pound) catfish in Feb. and March in Tennessee?
