Oriole Systems Inc OOL Shares issued 20,740,597 Jan 21 close $0.38 Fri 22 Jan 99 News Release Mr. Al Gerenser reports The company has arranged a private placement of a total of 1,666,665 units at 30 cents to raise $500,000. Each unit will consist of one share and one warrant to purchase an additional share at 30 cents within the first year and at 35 cents in the second. Proceeds will be used for general working capital. The company is proceeding to prepare an AIF for filing that will allow the issuance of securities with a four-month hold period rather than a one-year hold period.
