Thanks James, I believe that Paul Maritz has as much or more integrity than any executive I have ever met. I don't have personal knowledge of the facts he's testifying to, but if that's his testimony, I believe him. After learning about this kind of information, I don't think it's unlikely that a number of companies have colluded in a unified attack on Microsoft. techweb.com msnbc.com I'm not sure what you mean by "can everyone be lying", but Paul was accused of making this statement by an Intel exec.
