Well, once the Koreans are done with the cabbage, you wouldn't exactly know it was cabbage, anyway. The most alien cuisine I have yet experienced. I mean, Peruvian and Ethiopian food seem pedestrian compared to Korean.

I have been experimenting, trying to broaden my horizons. I had a really good gyro today at the Halal Grocery, Lebanese, it had some kinda astringent stuff on it, it was really good.

There's nothing quite like the smell of rancid cabbage and 1,000 garlic cloves to wake you up in the morning. Faster than coffee.
