Bald MAn,

Its derived from the mathematical system I developed. There are 2 classes. CLASS 1 means that its at its most short-term extreme, and CLASS 2 is a lesser extreme. The conclusion is that when it hits the extreme levels a reversal should start soon.

These signals are only good for the initial pop. For a $50 stock that $1-3 for the minimum requirement. Of course the initial move can turn into stronger moves, but that is determined by other analysis.

The CLASS 1 calls on the INTERNETS worked right on time and already fulfilled the minimum requirements.
