I am long YHOO stock only via the writing of puts at a strike price well below the market. I use Yahoo's services for 4-6 hours a day. I find it to be a valuable resource. But the chat boards there suck because the anonymity of the posters creates a wild west atmosphere of frivolous and useless postings that waste my time. Here's an example: "whatever dude" Unfortunately this board on SI is almost the same. I don't want to waste my time reading this crap. Lurk (please don't post) on the WIND board and see how useful and to-the-point the posts are. Paul, you are one of the more intelligent posters here. Surely you understand my frustration. After seeing the quality of the posts here at the YHOO board, I realize that the stock is followed by a large retinue of WEAK HANDS (and brains).
