Ria,

If you know the stock is worth $60-$70, would you take $20 for it tomorrow?

Bruce

ria, a buyout is definitely a possibility, but PROG as it is today (addressing the "professional" software crowd rather then the consumer with major direct mail sales) does not fit the typical "consumer" intenut company yet. If at all, once the value of the stock is more then just a puny twice book or so, PROG may want to do some acquisition of "direct marketeers" as they are. They have done a number of acquisitions in Europe to give them presence there, in the past.
