I own a bunch and am totally %$#@! pissed. Source still says it's going to happen, but am friggin' yelling my head off at the person. Apparently the price went up too much so the premium expecting to pay would not be so great, so they've held the price down - then when offer made premium looks much bigger. I doubt very strongly that Sceptre funds, who hold about 25%, were selling. I'll stick with what Sceptre does. If you need the cash etc people will sell, but the funds/institutions know the score much better than individuals and they can wait it out. In my opinion, and on the record, this co is offered $4 cdn or more. I would turn down any offer below $4, based on biz the co has etc, etc. Medisol'n mgmt I would hope take the co into the USA where they get a way better multiple. Similar co's there doing very well.
