My biggest thanks for bringing this to my attention. I was going to do something fairly similar when Zenith went bankrupt (ZE.N), but I had no seat on the exchange and I could not find a broker that would listen to my case. Sometimes coincidences are amazing. I woke up this morning thinking that I want to have an exchange seat, be a mm, or at least get myself a soes desk. This is interesting as I've never had this consideration nor was I thinking about the idea before. Yet I woke up and uttered such thoughts before breakfast! I think after I finish my current project, I may take a couple of months off and get me a soes desk.

Cheers,
Sun Tzu

O' and I forgot to say, the article also demonstrates the kniving, double standard, stupid, and stuck in the past attitude of the officials that dominate so much of the establishment. I am amazed that Sullivan had the audacity of suing for market manipulation (where there was none) and yet portray his own insider trading as "I only did it to save the exchange". As if he was planning to use the funds from his personal account to save the exchange in event of a failure. Why is it that he is not being prosecuted for insider trading? Clearly he traded his position on the virtue of information that he gained as an exchange governor. I cannot think of a bigger violation of insider trading laws.

Thanks again,
